Glow Soft Boxes Quick Open Softbox Editorial Review
The Glow Profond Quick-Open 35.4" Deep Parabolic Softbox offers a high-quality and affordable option for photographers and cinematographers looking for a parabolic reflector. The overall quality of the product is praised by users, with the light options provided being described as "awesome." The softbox is capable of focusing, flooding, and providing a beautiful wrap-around key light. One user did experience an issue with the bowens mount flash holder, with two of the metal supporting rods popping out. They contacted Adorama for support but found their help to be poor, resulting in the decision to return the product. However, this seems to be an isolated incident. The softbox does not come with a focusing rod or a honeycomb grid, but these can be purchased separately. Some users mention that there is not much information provided on how to assemble the softbox or the purpose of the focusing rod with numeric markings. Overall, the Glow Profond Quick-Open 35.4" Deep Parabolic Softbox is praised for its affordability and performance. Users note that it provides a beautiful and soft light, and the build quality is Considered to be good. It is seen as a good value for the money, especially compared to more expensive European alternatives.
