    Answer: Pre-filter, H13 HEPA Filter and Activated Carbon Filter.
  • Question: How do I reset the filter indicator?

    Answer: Press and hold the SLEEP and ON/OFF buttons until the device beeps three times.
  • Question: What size particles can the HEPA filter capture?

    Answer: The HEPA filter can capture particles as small as 0.3 microns.
  • Question: How do you clean the filters?

    Answer: The filters are disposable and not made to be cleaned. If you clean the filter tap the filter against something to knock off the layers of dirt. Thats the only other solution because they are not made to clean they are disposable and are thrown out when dirty
  • Question: Will these work with the Boneco P400?

    Answer: No, the YIOU R1 3-stage filter measures 7.72" x 0.91" x 9.06" ... the A401 / A501 used in the Boneco P400 measures 12" x 2" x 17" ... the P400 is a full size unit - the YIOU is a compact, but a real work-horse that does the job of a full size unit. ( cleans 547 sq ft twice an hour )
  • Question: Is the purple toxin filter best for tobacco smoke?

    Answer: The purple is good at most toxic chemicals and I use it for all the outside smog, smoke and oil refineries that are located near my house. The air quality inside of my home is greatly improved from using the purple filter. I do not however know the effectiveness of the filter if there is people smoking inside the home.
  • Question: Does it matter which direction the filter is facing when you replace it?

    Answer: Yes! The blue (or purple) side should face outward, toward the vented front of the purifier (imagine that the color can be seen through the vent).
  • Question: Red light is still on after running for 90 mins in a 300 sq ft room? Tried doing the reset, but goes back to red in under 30 secs??

    Answer: If the air purifier is constantly red, please consider that the air quality indicator may be dusty. Please try actions below: 1) Please blow the air quality indicator with a hair dryer to blow away the dust on it. 2) Please use a cotton swab to wipe up the air quality indicator. 3) Please change the location of the air purifier. 4) Please unplug the power cord from the socket and then plug it in. After taking the actions, please start the air purifier for 10 minutes to see if the air purifier is still red. If the actions cannot solve the problem, please contact our service team for help.

    Answer: The product dimension mentioned in the chart of Technical Details is for the filter. The package dimension of the box it comes in is 8.27 x 1.18 x 9.53 inches.
  • Question: Will this work with tosot model KJ350G?

    Answer: No
  • Question: Will this work for the Honeywell hepa 300?

    Answer: I only use this for the YIOU air machine and have never used it for any other air purifier so I do not know if it would work for any other air purifier
