On a positive note, those who managed to navigate the setup and configuration found the device to be a significant asset for live streaming. Users praised its low latency and seamless performance, highlighting it as a game-changer for their streaming needs. The inclusion of a high-definition LCD screen for monitoring, along with multiple powering options including PoE and USB-C, was applauded as a thoughtful feature that enhances usability. The compact design and dual HDMI output also received commendations, making it a suitable choice for various video setups. Customer support received a significant mention, particularly after initial dissatisfaction. The company's proactive follow-up and willingness to resolve issues improved the perception of their service, leading to positive adjustments in customer sentiment even post-return. In summary, while initial user experiences were marred by inadequate instructions, those who successfully integrated the device reported excellent performance and versatility, reaffirmed by commendable customer service responses when problems arose. **
