The maintenance of the Vent Bucket depends on humidity and usage rate of the dryer. The dryer was delivered with very thin cardboard and styrofoam panels without any substantial framework of wood or thicker cardboard/styrofoam elements, which often resulted in damage during delivery. The drum appears to be rubbing and struggling during its rotation, causing some unpleasant noise and a burning smell after a minute of use, indicating a potential electrical/fire hazard. Additionally, the Equator 860 compact dryer works like a charm; it was sensor dries and is very quiet and efficient. It was easy to set up and delivers excellent results, doesn't use as much power or takes up much space.
