Action & Adventure Editorial Review
**** "Renegade: Season 1" captures the essence of a gritty action drama intertwined with the world of motorcycles and misconduct among law enforcement. The series follows the story of Reno, a cop turned bounty hunter, wrongfully accused of a crime he didn’t commit. Viewers appreciate the realistic and authentic portrayal of his struggles, which has left many feeling a strong emotional connection with his character. Those familiar with the series from its original run have expressed nostalgia and excitement upon revisiting the show, with some eager to collect the entire series. The theme of redemption in the backdrop of a thrilling motorcycle adventure resonates well with fans of both martial arts and biker flick genres. The acting, particularly by Lorenzo Lamas as Reno, has received commendations, fitting seamlessly into the role of a tough yet vulnerable protagonist. Despite the engaging content, some customers have raised concerns regarding the quality of the DVD set from Mill Creek Entertainment, citing issues such as freezing, artifacts, and poor picture quality. They recommend being cautious about the version purchased, suggesting that customers opt for quality to avoid potential disappointments. Overall, "Renegade: Season 1" appeals to a niche audience that appreciates dynamic storytelling combined with action, while its legacy remains somewhat tarnished by worries over product reliability. **
