The product is a powerful amplifier with DSP control capabilities. However, the fan noise is a frequently cited issue, and some units appear to have defects. The process of reaching customer support is not user-friendly as they require a questionnaire to be completed, and live support is not available. Replacements may also be needed as one user had three units, and all had issues with output signal using channel A.
