NLQR Vehicle Backup Cameras Editorial Review
The NLQR 170 Degree Parking Backup Camera offers a solution for BMW owners looking to enhance their vehicle's rear visibility. Designed to be compatible with various models such as the 3, 5 Series, X1, X5, and X6, the camera generally meets the expectations of its users in terms of functionality. Many customers have remarked that the camera operates similarly to an OEM product, providing satisfactory performance in enhancing rear visibility. However, there are notable concerns regarding installation and image quality. Several users indicated that installation required modification, such as cutting the old plug to connect the new camera, which detracted from their overall satisfaction. Moreover, some customers reported issues with image clarity, citing foggy visuals and a zoomed-in view, which they felt limited the camera's coverage compared to original parts. In a few cases, problems such as horizontal lines appearing on the screen have led to the need for replacement cameras to resolve these glitches. Despite these drawbacks, the camera is still Considered a valuable upgrade, especially for those lacking any backup camera at all. With the potential for some minor adjustments, it functions as a cost-effective alternative to OEM options, making it a worthwhile choice for BMW drivers looking to improve their parking and reversing experience. **
