What does the term 'overdrive' mean in the context of this RC car?

In the Vanquish Products VRD Carbon Kit, 'overdrive' refers to the kit's ability to have the front wheels rotate faster than the rear wheels. What are the main features of the F10 portal axles?

The F10 portal axles featured in the Vanquish Products VRD Carbon Kit offer unique advantages by raising the differential above the wheel centerline.
